Dead Weight Ratios by State

Forbes recently produced this interesting analysis, "What is Your State's Dead weight Ratio." This measures compares those who are dependent on the taxpayer, state employees and Medicaid receipt, to those who pay for the government the governments. Mississippi leads the way with the highest dead weight ratio and California is third.
